the owner's assistant, in your WhatsApp
Official WhatsApp · human in the loop · your data

Your business operations, in your WhatsApp.

Send a voice note: it schedules, reminds, chases payments and alerts you. Customer service, calendar, billing and deadlines — and it asks for your approval before anything goes out. With a human accountable when something breaks.

  • Daily 8am brief: calendar, deadlines, what's overdue, what's stuck
  • Never pays, never transfers, never sends without your “yes”
  • Set up in days, without replacing what you already use

How it works

1

You talk

Voice or text, in WhatsApp, the way you'd talk to an assistant: “what's on tomorrow?”, “remind Pedro about the payment”, “how much came in this week?”.

2

It does it — or proposes

Internal things it does right away (calendar, reminder, task, client record, lookups). Anything that leaves the company — message, email, invoice, post — it drafts and shows you.

3

You approve

Reply “yes”, “no” or correct it in plain text. Only then does it act. Everything stays in the conversation — that's your audit trail.

Modules — switch on what you need

A module that's off doesn't run and doesn't cost. Prices per month, on top of the base.

Base — the assistant

R$ 490/mo
  • Your own WhatsApp line (official number) — voice and text
  • Calendar, reminders and tasks by voice; Google Calendar connected
  • Inbox: triage of what customers sent and reply drafts
  • Deadlines and filings for your entity type, with reminders before they hit
  • A booking link for your customers (Google Calendar, free) and a heads-up for every booking
  • Daily 8am brief and routines: end-of-day wrap-up, follow-ups, weekly review
  • Learns your routines (with your “yes”) · 1 h/month of tuning included
Self-hosted booking calendar (Cal.com) — on request

Clients & sales

+R$ 150/mo

A record for each client grows out of your conversations — you don't type anything in. The pipeline shows up in your Chatwoot contacts and in a Google Sheets tab (edit there, it picks it up). Drafts emails and proposals, researches a prospect before the meeting, remembers the follow-up. CSV export anytime.

Dedicated CRM (Twenty) — on request

Finance (read-only)

+R$ 200/mo

Reads what came in and what's outstanding and tells you in the same chat: “3 invoices due tomorrow”, “Ana hasn't paid again”. At month end it assembles the accountant's package (invoices, statement, sheet) in a folder and drafts the email. It never moves money — it only reads, and chases with your yes.

Reads Stripe today; bank feed via Plaid (1 account included)

Invoices & reconciliation (read-only)

+R$ 150/mo

Send the invoice (XML or PDF) and the bank statement (OFX/CSV) here on WhatsApp and it reads, files and answers: “Invoice 1234 from ACME, R$ 3,500, Aug 12 — filed”. At month end it cross-checks statement, invoices and Stripe and shows what doesn't match: money in with no invoice, invoice with no money in, a charge that never landed, a double entry. Sending the same file twice duplicates nothing.

It does not issue invoices: you or your accountant do that, in your own system. If the PDF is a scan it asks for the XML instead of guessing the amount.

Marketing & content

+R$ 100/mo

Post ideas, calendar and copy, win-back campaigns — all as drafts. What you approve goes out on Instagram and Facebook at the scheduled time, and it reports the reach. Nothing is published without your approval.

Legal (support)

+R$ 100/mo

First read of a contract, clause or privacy question: what it says, what could bite, the relevant text. Drafts service agreements, NDAs and proposals from templates and sends them for e-signature with your yes. Always “I'm not a lawyer” — it's triage so you reach your lawyer with the right question.

People

+R$ 80/mo

Job post, résumé screening, interview script, onboarding checklist, vacations and team dates. For owners who hire once or twice a year and have no HR.

Spreadsheets & data

+R$ 100/mo

Send a spreadsheet (or point to Google Sheets) and ask in plain English: “which client bought most?”, “monthly totals”. It computes and answers.

Rental management

+R$ 300/mo

For agencies that manage rentals on behalf of owners. It reads your bank return file and statement and answers the question that keeps you up: <b>which rents came in and haven't been passed on to the owner yet</b>, and how many days they've been sitting. It separates other people's money from what is actually yours.

Automatic invoicing and payouts — under study

Customer-facing bot

R$ 490/mo · founder

A second line, facing your customers: answers from real data (listings, calendar, prices), books for real and hands off to a human with context. That's what the showroom shows.

Pricing — transparent, per module

No five-figure setup, no lock-in. Modules that are off aren't billed. August 2026 prices.

WhatsApp cost: conversations you start with your assistant are free on the official API today. Meta announced service-message pricing from Oct/2026 (cents per message; not yet confirmed on the official page) — if it lands, it's passed through at cost.

What it does NOT do

This is by design, not a limitation. It's what lets you sleep.

Doesn't pay or transfer

There is no “move money” button. Finance is read-only; chasing is a message — with your yes.

Sends nothing without approval

Customer message, email, post: draft → you → then it goes.

Never asks for a password

Access is limited authorizations (Google, read-only Stripe…) you grant and revoke whenever you want.

Installs nothing on your computer

Runs on a separate server. Your current tools stay as they are.

Isn't your accountant or lawyer

Reminds, does the first read, frames the question. Your professional still signs.

Doesn't make things up

If it lacks the data (or the module is off), it says so and stops.

Security & privacy

Where the data lives

On our server, in a per-client area — or on a server of yours if you prefer. Never in another client's system.

Leaves with you

Contacts as CSV, conversations, files. Any time — not only when you cancel.

Revocable access

Everything it touches is an authorization you gave (Google, read-only Stripe, WhatsApp). Revoke it and it's over.

Everything logged

Every action shows up in the conversation. There's no “it did it behind my back”.

The AI is a service

Text and audio go through an AI provider, like any assistant — they aren't stored there. If your requirement is “nothing leaves the box”, there's a local-model tier; let's talk.

Sensitive data stays out

For clinics: logistics only (date, time, provider). No symptoms or results in the chat.

Who it's for

Owners who run the business alone or with a tiny team — and are the bottleneck for everything.

Solo founder / single-member LLC

You're sales, delivery, billing and calendar. It becomes the assistant you don't have.

Consultant / freelancer

Proposal, meeting, invoice, receivable. One voice note at the end of the day clears the admin.

It's not for those who only want “an AI that replies on WhatsApp” — the WhatsApp Business app does that for free. Nor a replacement for your accounting system: it reads yours, it doesn't replace it.

FAQ

Is it official WhatsApp?

Yes — Meta's official Cloud API, the same the big companies use. Not a phone taped to a charger running WhatsApp Web.

Do I need a registered company?

Not to start. Business verification with Meta raises limits later; it doesn't block use. New number or your own.

What about Meta's free AI in the WhatsApp Business app?

It answers your customers, inside the app. This one runs your business: real calendar, real billing follow-up, deadlines, invoices, email — in the tools you already use, with your approval and a human accountable. We don't compete on “replying”; we compete on “doing”.

What does WhatsApp itself cost?

Today, nothing for conversations you start with the assistant. Meta announced per-message pricing from October 2026 (cents; not yet confirmed officially). If it lands, it's passed through at cost.

Can I cancel? Do I lose my data?

Cancel any time: we revoke access, shut it down, and you take everything — contacts as CSV, conversations, files. Your number stays yours. No lock-in, no hostage data.

How long to set up? Do I replace my tools?

Days, not months — and you replace nothing. It connects via limited access you authorize. It starts in assisted mode: you see everything it proposes before it acts.

What does “a human accountable” mean?

The person who set it up answers the alert — at 2am too — monitors, tunes and replies. That's what a $40 SaaS doesn't have and a $10k-setup agency charges dearly for.

Want to see it on your case?
